With over 14 years of experience advising Fortune 1000 companies, Nikki has built her career on partnering with leaders to develop and implement inclusion strategies that lead to measurable change. Most recently, Nikki served as Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at DDB Worldwide (part of Omnicom Group). In 2023, she was recognized by She Runs It as Working Mother of the Year and was a finalist for Crain’s DEI Award.

Nikki has been a featured speaker at the Ad Club of NY, The 3% Conference, CHIEF, Asians in Advertising, The 4A's, Pfizer, Webster Bank, the BBC, and Catalyst.
